Eileen Westwood MSc, MCIPD, MAPM - Managing Partner

Eileen has over 20 years combined senior management and professional HR experience, within both the public and private sectors. She is a fully qualified project manager, an assessor and verifier and also an accomplished, qualified trainer specialising in strategic management development. She has a wealth of experience in training design, performance management and employment law. Eileen has established a reputation for effective troubleshooting and leadership at Board level during periods of crisis within organisations, and expediting solutions in a commercially focussed way. She works in partnership with business managers to address cutting edge issues and drive organisational change through realigning priorities, and operational and people practices.
